[idz_heading tag=”h3″ class=” firstword-bold”]OBTAINING a CMAS Contract[/idz_heading]

For companies registered in California, the State of California offers a multiple award contract program to sell information technology and non-information technology products and services. The California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contracts are based on GSA Schedule contracts which have been competitively assessed and negotiated.

ClearCoast works with California-based companies to qualify for single or multiple CMAS contracts for both products and services providing the following services:

  • Search for the most flexible GSA base contracts for your products and/or services through GSA’s vast listing of approved GSA Schedule vendors.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate your CMAS offer for contract award.
  • Assist in the detailed preparation of customer references/project experiences required to qualify for a CMAS contract for professional services.
  • Train your sales team via webex tutorial on how to leverage the CMAS contract with your customers, including how to prepare quotes, compliance issues and preparing supporting documentation for CMAS purchases.
  • Ensure your admin team understands the quarterly sales reporting and submission process.
  • Assist in preparation of press release for award announcement to CMAS customers.

For companies servicing local and city government, including K-12 schools, CMAS is an invaluable procurement tool. School districts rely on the flexibility and cost-savings to work directly with preferred CMAS vendors. It streamlines the buying process and allows manufacturers, distributors and value added reseller’s the opportunity to get on contract quickly.

Plus, CMAS applicants do not need a GSA Schedule to apply. And, you can hold an unlimited number of CMAS contracts to offer a diverse range of product brands and services.

Contact ClearCoast to discuss your company’s specific CMAS contract needs.
